From when we first came in and met with Darren the day before, the ease of planning the music, Darren showing us the room and music system, everything was made effortless and easy. The service received from staff at the crematorium, warm and friendly but professional and sensitive was just as good last month as it was two years ago.
My name is Jan Maden and I am a Civil Celebrant.
Since your crematorium opened two years ago, I have had the pleasure in carrying out numerous ‘Celebration of Life’ services on behalf of my families.
Over this time Carole, Darren, Brian and John have went over and above the call of duty on many occasions for my families.
Families are entitled to the highest standard of service with dignity from start to finish and they truly receive this with the staff and how they run the crematorium.
On behalf of my families, a very special ‘thank you’. Without people like you, this quality of service would be hard to find.
Families have commented on your gardens, your chapel and your kindness when they have come up to see you with a query and also your time given when you
have taken them around the grounds and into the chapel.
All that you do brings peace and great comfort to them and takes away their fear along with making them feel at peace. Your professionalism is always there, but this is backed up with empathy and your greatest gift...TIME.

Thank you for your recent letter. I wanted to confirm that all the arrangements regarding the crematorium on Jan 6th were indeed very satisfactory. I'm sure your staff must have been there, but they were invisible, which I guess is how it ougt to be.
I was pleasantly surprised by the attractive surroundings at the crematorium and the building itself. All the music was exactly as specified, and played at precisely the right moments. No one enjoys a funeral, but your staff and good service helped to make it less painful.

In the unlikely event that you feel that we haven't fulfilled your expectations please use the following complaints procedure.
Always complain 'on the spot' if you have the opportunity. If you cannot do this yourself, you may be able to use your minister/officient or funeral director as your advocate. If you fail to obtain a satisfactory response, move to the next stage.
Contact the Crematorium Manager, by telephone or write to him/her at our office. He/she will respond to any official complaint in writing within three working days.
